Okay this is not the direction I want to be going in! I spent most of yesterday eating, (and I only logged a protein shake). This right here is cause and effect, so the gain is no surprise. I am disappointed with myself though. Time to reset, and remind myself to practice mindfulness more often during the day, especially when eating.
