have been doing really well with my eating plan, no fat vegetarian, still not losing weight. calories sticking around 1500/day, still not losing weight, total grams of fat per day >10g, still not losing weight. doing spice shots of cinnamon etc, still not losing weight, taking GOLO, not losing weight. not cheating at all. exersizing as much as my limited ability daily, something is wrong but i am not sure what it is. starting to wonder what is the point of this? as far as i can see, i am doing it right, but somehow i am not doing it right. what could be the missing puzzle piece?
