Slow and steady, 3lbs to goal of 150lbs which was set arbitrarily a long time ago. I calculated my BMI this morning which at 5ft5" and 153lbs classifies me in the "overweight" category. But BMI is just one tool, so I have decided that once I reach 150 I will re-examine my goal. Am I at my set point? I don't know. If I maintain on average eating between 1700-1800 calories a day and continue to slowly lose weight then I have not reached a set point yet. This part of my weight loss journey is proving to be tricky!

My favourite bmi story is my cousin's wife. She's a hockey referee and works out daily. She's short and very fit. According to her bmi she's obese 😂 Like you said, it's one tool, and it definitely has its place but you're right not to put too much stock in it at this point! Listening to your body is a great plan!
