In the interest of positivity, and improving relationships with food, I like to frame those as “Treat Meals” rather than “Cheat Meals”.
Cheating implies “bad”. Something that must be atoned for.
Treating on the other hand is positive and a reward for a job well done.
It’s a silly little change, but can make a difference for some people. 😎

Thx Carol. You made me look back. I’ve been here almost two years so an occasional treat - yes! PS It was cool to look back at my entries and recorded weights years ago. Its definitely easier now to make “mostly” healthier food choices. :)
