goooooood mornin...weight just keeps going up since i have started using the weights again...and have been eating more cause i been hungrier...so not sure if its good or bad weight that im adding...upper body feels like its adding muscle...an belt seems to be getting tighter...so ....im kinda not sure whats going on anymore...but decided to get the weight back to where its showing on the scales...tired of trying to get it down when its not showing that on the scales...heat is back once again...an humidity is returning once again...according to weather man...its gonna last till first of august or so....not good...grass needs cut an i cant seem to get in the mood to do it...oooooooo well....just another day of stayin cool an making the best choices....then back into the gym monday and back into the weight routine once again....
