I only lost a pound, but I have been sick as hell this week, so the act of following any sort of diet or healthy eating plan have been the furthest from my mind. It has been a week of chicken soup and other sick foods and I really haven't been eating much which is why I think that I lost the pound. I am finally starting to feel better so I am hoping next week I can start walking again.

Everyone is in the same boat around the country. Your body needs rest right now not work out. You can do range of motion exercises to keep your muscles active and keep the toxins in your body from building up. This will also help boost your endorphin's so you get past that bla feeling. I would like to also suggest a detox bath that will help you to feel better and it will also help you sleep. Hope you feel better soon. Let me know how this works for you. Don't forget to take your B12 vitamins.
