Oh this week, lots of exercise, bad food choices. I think I have walked five miles this week, and that may not seem like a lot, but for me that is a decent number, it could be more, but I won't get my summery till tomorrow. However there has been the chocolate, since it is Valentine's day today, there has been a lot of chocolate and other candies in my house this week and I have eaten my fair share of them, but they have not been the main culprit of my gain, no that has been salty snacks, the bane of my craving existence this week. Chips and dip, crackers, homemade hamburgers, anything that had that savory salty taste to it I have been wanting this week and I hit it like it was going out of style. I know that part of it has been emotional, I have been hurting again this week, and getting back to exercising has only made that worse, but I am not going to put all of the blame on that. Cravings are cravings and gave into mine with reckless abandon, I need to get back to the point where I can enjoy my craving with moderation in mind.
