Still in the doldrums with my weight. It fluctuates between 236 and 239. Can't seem to get it to go lower. I have lost about 1/4" on most of my measurements though so I can't really say I'm at a plateau. It's just kind of frustrating.

I hear ya. Hang on and keep doing the right stuff. It will change eventually. Look for those positive things like the 1/4" measurement changes and how much energy you've gained. You can do it. :)
