I had a fairly active day. I did 30 minutes of pushing exercises, 10 minutes of HIIT on my elliptical, then took my dog for a brisk mile walk. Then, my family and I went for a half day ride on our quads, which can be an arm and abdomen workout if you use body English. I wasn't hungry until I fasted 16 hours and followed my diet plan with a large "Skinny Cat" salad and ice tea when we ate at a local restaurant.
