Good morning, FS WARRIORS!!! 💜 ✨️ I had a HUGE ribeye steak full of delicious marble & scrambled eggs all cooked in grass-fed butter for dinner last night. The steak was especially glorious! 😋 I'm still so full this morning. There's been some chaos going on around me (key words *around me*, not letting it get into my head space), so I am maintaining there as well. Meditation & self-care are going great! 🙂 31lbs down since a couple of weeks before I came back to Fat Secret (highest weight, 257.8, not recorded). I can see the veins in my feet again, and they don't hurt anymore. I can fit into my size 16 jeans again. I feel SO MUCH better all around! 😊 Anywhooo... Have a great day, ALL!!! 😘

Awesome work Zen! I am skipping fasting this week in prep for next weeks challenge and I have noticed that here on my usual fasting days, I'm not very hungry but I am managing to eat protein with a few veggies! I'm thinking I may have been sliding into a rut and switching it up for two weeks is a good thing!

Sunday after dinner, I just posted a reply to a member in the forum, it's concerning to me, she joined and she is at 112 lbs and has a goal of 110, I don't believe she has the body fat percentage to sustain an extended fast. Maybe we should have left it at by invitation only.
