Got up the courage to weigh myself even with this heavy cast on which must weigh at least a pound. I’m very happy I think I really weigh around 162 without it but I’ll find out once it’s removed. Go ahead my efforts at reducing the amount of food I am eating and whatever working out I can do are paying off. At least my weight is relatively stable

A leg cast is almost assuredly more than a pound. My underwear and socks weigh about a pound, lol. You got this!
