Have to find a way to eat more protein. Looking at my macros i want to find more balance and less fat now that I have my carbs managed well as they come primarily from fruit and veggies. My bread habit is under control 🙂

Awesome. I also try to control bread or eat keto bread. Sometimes I fail. Mostly when I eat out as I don't get full on just a small piece of greasy hamburger. Fries are a problem for me too - not the carbs I want to eat. I have upped my protein mostly and it helps. You are doing fantastic!!
