So stoked to be in the 150s! I took the RSV vaccine yesterday and felt very unwell so I skipped eating a lot of what I usually eat in the evening but then towards bedtime I got extremely hungry so I had a small snack and lost weight despite that, I try not to eat too late, but my stomach was killing me. I just checked and I am officially in the normal BMI range just barely 24.9 my goal is 22.2 so I have a little wiggle room.
