I'm baaaaaaccccckkkkk! This time with the help of a personal trainer, I plan to take this seriously. My fitness level has seriously declined, it is time to get strong again! Had my initial assessment and met with trainer today. We meet again on Thursday to go through a work out routine. Life is very busy but I can't but this off, I need to find a way to incorporate exercise and healthy eating into my busy schedule. I'm looking for some support here - I know I can count on MJ and the rest of you! My weight at the wellness center was 164.4 with clothes and shoes on. My weight at home first thing this morning was 161. I am not going to weigh for 2 weeks - that will be hard!
