I don't know what happened this week, I don't remember eating badly, in fact I thought that I eat pretty good this week, so I am somewhat confused by how I gained seven pounds. I know that sounds like a cop out, I should know why, if I ate, I ate, but looking back at the week I just don't feel like what I ate warranted a gain of seven pounds.
I know that part of it is a lack of movement, I am in the midst of another fibro flare so I have not been able to exercise as much as I wanted to. It seems to be one flare after another right now and that is making weight loss a very hard thing.

Don't be too hard on yourself. You can't help it if you're having a health issue. You don't want to cause bigger problems for yourself by pushing yourself too hard during a flare up or getting stressed. Just do what you can, maybe a lighter walk and drink more water. I hope you're feeling better soon.

Do you record what you eat? There are a lot of really good phone apps or web sites that can help you keep track of your food and record your intake. Sometimes its a real eye opener. I know how you feel. It has happened to me.

Don't dwell on it too much. I find that logging everything I eat helps me alot.hang on its a slow journey but worth it.
