I just started back doing my 12 hour fast yesterday. So far, so good. I plan on doing a cleanse with some dieters tea later this evening and follow up with some probiotics. That should help to kick off my keto diet and put me into ketosis. I'll see how effective it is within the next few days. Enough about me.... I hope you all have a wonderful day and a nice drop.
