I think this is my weight that I will be able to sustain. I'm still trying to find that number. I'm lifting heavy now doing SL5x5 and despite popular thought, I DON'T need to eat 4000 calories to see gains. I'll be monitoring my weight to make sure I don't creep up too far but will simply be eating healthy (no processed garbage!) and increasing my lifts 5+ lbs each time. Can you say progressive gains? :) Enjoy the rest of your week!
