Well, this worked out well. I'm going on a trip for a week and probably are going to gain the weight back, but it's OK, now I know something that works better for me. I'm happy. 10 pounds in a month, never done that before.

Im going to try everything in moderation when I travel or for special occasions from now on lol so I don't repeat last fall/winter and gain over 20 lbs.
