Post show rebound. I successfully completed my 16 week competition prep for my first Men’s Physique show on October 21st. Might post a photo of before and after if I can figure out how. Amazingly I made first callouts and took home a 4th place medal in my class at the finals. I could not have done it without FatSecret and the supportive community here is very uplifting. Although I dont post ever, I will continue to utilize this amazing site for the foreseeable future.
