You're down nearly 35 lbs since July. You're on a roll! I went back and looked at some of your other post. You have such a good outlook and spirit about you. To be able to do this you have to have those qualities. There's a lot of good days but we have to be able to beat the bad ones as well. Keep on doing what you're doing. Remember there's no perfection in this journey. Your goal should be consistency over time. Be kind to yourself on the hard days. Always remember each day we wake up is another blessing and opportunity to do better.

Thank you for your kind words. It’s been a struggle, but I’m learning that it’s better to have ONE bad day than to have ALL bad days. I’m still not eating “healthy” but I’m learning to know when to stop eating. It’s been awhile since I’ve been under 200. I just don’t know why it’s taken this long to make a change!!!
