I held strong throughout the Thanksgiving week, and I did some thing kind of different, knowing I wouldn’t want to stuff myself in one sitting, I cooked all of my favorite dishes throughout the week.
87,5 kg Bisher verloren: 22,3 kg.    Still to go: 12,6 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
Verlust von 0,2 kg pro Woche

Kay if it helps keep you on the right track, go for it. You developed a strategy that worked for you. We forget sometimes that those things we like to eat on special holidays CAN be eaten at any time of year, when the mood strikes us. Maybe it might even help lessen that urge to binge on those days. Just thinking. Good to see you post. Kids and Steve doing ok.?
