Good Morning. Hope everyone is getting ready for a fun weekend! I'm a little rushed this morning. Scale is going in the right direction-woohoo!. I expect an increase tomorrow since I had a starch (rice) last night. I'm not worried because I eat healthy now and my body needed something a carb last night :)

Jonathon--Thank you!! I need to step it up over the weekend. I don't know if it's possible, but I want to be 200 on Monday. I usually go up over the weekend. I have a lot of cleaning to do, so maybe that exercise will help. I'm getting a new heater on Monday!
