Good for you, some people don't realize just how big losing a pound is. I was in a Weight Watchers class a few years back and the instructor passed around a replica of a pound of fat and I'm going to tell you just one pound of fat is something to be very, very proud of. Every since that day when I lose a pound, I think of that pound of fat she passed around the classroom. I know that it's huge to get rid of two pounds!. So, You Go Girl!
