Hi everyone …. Had a lovely Christmas lunch on Boxing Day with the ladies am so proud of my weight loss so far 3 months ago I was a size 20/22 horrified since I had gained 20kgs yesterday I fitted in a size 16 ( loose ) skirt no stretch and a lovely new coat today was able to fit in Denim skirt roomy 16 so am btw sizes on the down side 3 of my implants fell out one last night 2 this morning gaps everywhere money down the drain have to save up to have them done here 🫣🫣🫣

It’s fine Morticia, I’m okay I was a bit in a bit of a shock last night and this morning but I’ll go over it Roll of the dice when doing medical procedures abroad am not the luckiest of people but am blessed to have kind people like u in my life

Thank you Jennie & Jolitt am really pleased to celebrate I had breakfast today as a treat so three meals today no fasting it feels great to eat in the morning I’ve been fasting forgot how good it feels to enjoy a taste breakfast 😋😋😋 helped with mood too yum
