208.8!! I can't wait to hit 200! I haven't been below 200 in a couple of years!

I am excited to find my old self again. I used to swim, jog, mountain bike, take the canoe out. I used to enjoy being social. The weight gain came with the frustration of nothing fitting, pain in my knees, hips, and back being worse than it's ever been.

I'm still not getting "in shape". I know that even with the weight loss getting my stamina back is still going to be very important. I'm doing some cardio, but I'm also waiting until there's less strain on my knees and hips to go hard at it.
