My wight is 292, not what I expected with the work I’ve been putting in this past week, maybe I need to tweek my diet a little more.
132,4 kg Bisher verloren: 9,5 kg.    Still to go: 55,3 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.

How many calories are you eating? You can over eat on carnivore. Are you weighing and logging your food accurately? You will NOT LOSE 8 POUNDS a week after the first week. Most of that was water from inflammation. You're doing great walking. 👍 Don't over do it. That can sometimes hold water with inflammation. The better thing to do is walk some and start a simple weight lifting strength training routine. That will replace the fat with muscle. My first month carnivore I didn't lose anything. You're doing fine. Slow and steady.

My first week I averaged about 1400 calories a day and burned about 2500 a day and lost 8lbs. The second week I ate about 1200 calories a day and burned about 2700 calories and lost 5lbs according to drs scale on the third floor
