Wow, I was so happy when I stepped on the scale this morning. I'm only 1lb away from this month's goal. It'll be hard not to celebrate when I see the scale in the 150s again. Today at work they're having a company BBQ. I think seeing the results on the scale today has given me the strength to stay away from the potato salad =)
I can't wait til tomorrow, when I'll be fixing my LAWL cheeseburger. Thanks for the recipes guys, I put them into good use, and they do make a pretty good excuse for a real cheeseburger. Cheers to all. =)

We had a company luncheon today as well. I brought my own chicken and fat free dressing and just had the salad, I did so well. Let us know how you like the makeshift cheeseburger. I had a bad experience with fake hot dogs last nite, so that will go straight out of my food vocabulary. Have a blessed weekend as well!!
