I'm feeling great and have more energy than I previously had!

Before breakfast glucose: 125, a bit high. Maybe the result of the 44 carbs I had for dinner last night, which included half an apple and 3 oz of sweet potato.

BREAKFAST 9:00AM: The only part of breakfast I don't look forward to is the 4 oz chicken breast. So dry and unappetizing. I need to find a way to make my morning protein tastier. If anyone is reading this, I'm open to suggestions:-)

NOTE: While eating my chicken, I decided to tear it into pieces and mix it into some Greek yogurt. That helped a lot! It does bring my breakfast carbs up to 27 (I'd rather keep them below 10 at breakfast), but at least I don't have to choke down that chicken:-)

1:00PM LUNCH: Glucose level is 124! Why so high? I guess I really do need to cut back my carbs. I'll do that starting tonight. For now, I'll eat the salad I brought for lunch, including (sigh) that delicious bit of sweet potato.
