Slowly , slowiy etting bak to my self-declared weight range. 145 - 148. Currently at 155 down from 158 but unltil the las few days not really stiking to this an getting enough activity to keep my metabolisn going.

Need to gt back to my new weight range to starat my nest steps forwared.I sthll have some 30 - 35 pounds to go - I havnt een eating particulay bad but am still grieving and in diepressed place. That's imporoving but the Worrying and axciety that came alson for the ride is what I'm battleing now. I lose my appetite for any forod them resort to some junk. but equally importan t, I've not been going on my walks or the gym or any consistent activitiy
