I understand it's hard. For me it was so hard to stay focused. Work, kids, and life seemed to push me to the eat. I finally said I have had enough. I stuck to it for now my 3rd week. I have not been perfect. When I did not do so well, I did not let that get me down. I said not today. It was hard. Very hard. Stay focused and you can do it!
