Had a break in the heat & humidity earlier this week, but break time is over. Back to the sauna.

I've been feeling tired on the morning walk, but energized and ready to bolt out of here for my 2nd walk around 4 or 5pm. Once I get going I feel like an unstoppable freight train and physical labor feels satisfying. I stayed out and did a little tidying in the yard. But now I have a tedious day of office work ahead of me. Glad to be working though since so many people I know are struggling.

5:10pm Just got back from a 45-minute walk with a steep climb. I think if we were to go to Gleninchaquin again, I could do that mtn hike with no problem at all. Feeling pretty cocky.
