Trying to decide on my end game goal. My next goal is 199 just for the first time since I was 13 being under 200. But my OCD I'm thinking of going to 150 to make it an even 400 lost. But if you think about I have close to 50 lbs of extra skin so I am almost there if I was able to ge the skin removal surgery. My fiance' is afraid I'll become too thin in the end. Do you set goals for the weight you want to be or the amount you want to lose? So do I concentrate on the number I want to be in the end or the number I've lost?
