Ok, today is the first day that I am starting the South Beach Diet. Phase 1 Day 1. I just got done walking, now it's time for something I'm not used to doing - breakfast first thing in the morning. I really hope this goes well.
I wasn't able to do complete grocery shopping, because I only have to book on an app on my phone and I couldn't photo copy the pages so I could make out a shopping list. So I went shopping with my phone and got food that are on the good list. I wanted to follow the menu he has provided, but I wasn't going to let that be another excuse for not starting again.
So here I am. I hope this goes well. I get to go sky diving if I can get to under 200 pounds! This is going to be exciting.
