So a small loss, I must admit I was hoping for a really good loss today as I was active and stuck to my calorie budget. I also had a very healthy soup I made for supper last night (400g spinach, mushrooms and celery).
On a positive note, my muscle and water went up - so that's very good.
Will continue fighting to be happy and healthy in my body 💖
