Just found out this week that not only do I have had Hashimoto’s for years, I now have celiac disease, so maybe going gluten-free will help me lose all this bloat and possibly lose some extra weight.

I’d like to lose at least 30lbs minimum.

Honestly, I just want to feel good and not be exhausted all the time. I want to actually be able to play with my kids and teach my students without yawning and feeling fatigued/exhausted 24/7.
