I said I wouldn't weigh in, but I had to check my progress on this fat/egg fast. today is my last day til I go back to induction tmrw, but wow. it really works!!!

i'm eating eggs and macadamia nuts. I planned on going back to induction tomorrow. I was actually on here to plan my meal for tomorrow! ive been eating 6 eggs and 1/4 cup of macadamia nuts per day. plus my coffee :) I wanted to break through my stall. I kept gaining on induction and didn't know why. today is day #3, and i'm turning the ketostix dark purple. that has never happened before!!so now i'm contemplating staying on this for another day because the rate of weight loss is tempting. i'm tired as hell though. tomorrow I plan on weighing myself to see how much I lost total these 3 days.
