YUCK is all I can say. I have been in this huge slump lately. Can't seem to get motivated and the scales are reflecting it. Started the 30 Day Shred Challenge today, so hoping this will get me back on track. Ate horribly this weekend, as in Whataburger full size burger not just the junior burger and onion rings. WHAT WAS I THINKING. After I finished it all, wasn't even satisfying.
Today is a new day, new week and new me! Last week was just horrible with vehicle problems, tractor not working, dishwasher broke, head cold which kept me home Thursday, etc. But again, that was last week and today is this week.
5 Things I am thankful for.... 1. Wonderful husband and the two most amazing little boys 2. Road trip with the boys yesterday jamming to 80s tunes. What fun! 3. Car that has brakes again!!! 4. Tractor running again!!! 5. Head cold, going away
With getting in late last night, I didn't do AM workout...but Jillian will be done before bed tonight, even if not til 9 pm. I am determined 5 days/week and to get my chart climbing back down again!
