I've been weighing daily but only recording losses. My weight was just yo-yo-ing for days 4 ounces down, 6 ounces up and so on. So yesterday I drank more fluids (I rarely get enough fluids) cause I knew I was retaining fluids. Sure enough, down a pound in a day. Just a testament that the scales are not the best measurement of progress. I have more energy. That is progress. I'm sure that, in the very near future, my clothes will be fitting more losely. But I'll continue weighing in every day because I find creating habits helpful to keep me on track.
