Hi everyone
Yes I’ve put on some weight but have been over eating not fasting so it’s expected ….i don’t mind the gain can lose it just being ok with everything bought a lovely dress bigger size but in the heat it’s nice to wear baggy stuff in the heat …. Feeling good happy with myself content …. If only I could eat less 😋😂😂

We gain some, we lose some! I've been trying to stay out in the heat, and not turn on the A/C so I don't feel as hungry. and fill up on fluids instead. Oh the little tricks we try!

It's just a life cycle trust me no one can be disciplined & productive every day! so take it easy and start again my dear :)
