Why is my body REFUSING to let go????

I had SUCH a good day yesterday, in a calorie deficit, very active, drinking water, taking kefir, etc. etc. etc.

Water : 33.4
Muscle : 40
Visceral : 15
91,7 kg Bisher verloren: 16,3 kg.    Still to go: 31,7 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.
Zunahme von 0,7 kg pro Woche

Maybe just water retention if you were very active. How are you tracking your calories? Could it be that some of the calorie dense foods are showing up as less calories? Also, when all fails, cut out the processed, high carb/high sugar foods that slow weight loss. Good luck!!

i am doing the low carb high protein and fat... and its actually working for me i feel fuller on less... another thing is discipline and keeping a positive attitude.. dont give up you can do it

Thank you, I tried the low carb, high protein and fat eating plan and although I found it very satisfying, I unfortunately didn't lose on it and actually put on... even though I was counting calories and exercising 🤷🏼

Possibly, but for the last 3 weeks my weight has hardly changed and now in the last 3 days, I've gained 1 kilogram 🤯 I cook my own food, make my own mayonnaise, etc. from scratch, so all calories are accounted for and also don't generally eat processed food... very confusing. Seems to be a plateau for my body that I need to fight through... it's just REALLY hard to not see results from work, effort, discipline and dedication put in...
