Back to ‘normal’ no effort maintenance weight 🤷🏻‍♀️ curious if this will change once my new work routine & rhythm gets established. As Ive said many times, goal weight and sanity weight are rarely going hand in hand. I may *want* to be 65-69 kg but if wat I need to do to get there and maintain it doesn’t feel good or right and my body is happy at 74-75 my original goal weight then maybe thats just it. What’s the point of being miserable for 5-6 kilos. Ive already lost 70kg so I don’t really see the point. Strength training, eating for peak energy in performance for my hike goals but ultimately for wellness & joy & hormone health & stress resilience & sleep quality & PLEASURE … with the occasional 2x yearly fast for my own spiritual/faith reasons. Yeah but I still would prefer to be 65-69kg on the scale because of my own preconceptions of weight distribution 🤣 sometimes it just doesn’t make sense
