When I went to the doctor today I felt good about my weigh-in because I was able to zip some pants up that I just got back into fitting by myself. Usually, my hubs had to help me zip it while I pull the sides together. My blood pressure is very good. 115/81 I hope to get off of waterpills.

Thank you wifey9707. I'm on cloud 9 because I'm back to the weight I was 9 months ago when I first started gaining due to out of control binge and emotional eating. I knew things were spiraling but my excuses were stronger. I'm determined to get back to my prebaby weight of 297 by the end of this year. This time I WILL NOT STOP ME I"M ALL THE WAY UP!!!!
