This is taking forever! I had a great weekend. Didn't over indulge. Very surprised by that. Though I failed miserably with not drinking all my water this weekend. Now my fingers are swollen. I'm back on board with it today. I hope everyone had a great holiday.

Glad you had a great holiday. Try to schedule in your water for the day, just like the meal. For me it is hard when I have a late start on the day....then I just try to guzzle faster. Keep it up....I love your weightloss chart. It looks kinda neat.... :-)
