Menopause & Anemic
Thanks to Peri menopause and being anemic (needed 2 infusions), my body has gone through the wringer. No matter what anyone says hormones DO effect your weight. My stomach bloated so much that I went from a medium to bursting out of extra large pants. I still weight trained still did 10k+ steps every day, still ate exactly the same. Have taken so many supplements that say it stops your hunger and takes the bloating away...ppfft. To be honest the ONLY thing that has worked is literally starving and not eating after 2pm every day. Had to go vegetarian, as my body decided it didn't want to process/digest meat anymore 🤦 So now on iron supplements and tofu for protein intake. Menopause sucks balls everyone!!!
