Intermittent Fasting

I call it starving, because you can't eat for 16 hours, and I still have to be really careful with the foods I do eat. Fitness industry calls it intermittent fasting.
If it works for you, then do it. ATM my body is rejecting all the foods I used to eat and causes inflammation and bloating (yes even vegetables and fruit).
Menopause still sucks balls.
Upside is weight is dropping, down side is .... I'm always hangry and not sure how to get all my nutrition intake in daily.

Have you considered carnivore? intermittent fasting works well, but only if your body is properly nourished in-between. There's a lot of info on YouTube on carnivore and a few functional Dr's around now advocating it

I was aneamic so I did start eating more red meat. However my body doesn't digest meat at all. I was bloated, inflamed and suffered with serious brain fog and just feeling blah. Went vegetarian and all those symptoms went away within 12 hours. I take iron tablets to help with iron levels.
