Weigh Day Happy for the loss.
This week I went out to eat for dinner once, making good choices & had Angry Orchard. Midweek I had three glasses of wine 🍷 one each night. Ate more carbs than I should have.
Ignored temptations this week: boxed chocolates, mini bundt cakes & mango 🥭
Next week I’ll try to eat less carbs. This is not easy.

I need a raise or lottery win to pay for good quality protein. Everything is so expensive. I used to be able to but skirt steak at a reasonable price, the price has doubled :(
