Last Sunday my wife and I had a great journey, with a 126 meters rope jump from a factory pipe, a couple of three-houred milongas, and a food shortage because of no time for it. The next morning I weighed, and was much surprised with the awesome minus 1.7 kilos. So, I weighted 83 kilos and was very glad about that.
But the next day was a lazy day and a pretty 1 kilo of the day meals returned me back to the 84 kilos ere the Thursday came. Anyway, the 700 grams are off, and the two days after the trip I still hold this number. And this is a long awaited achievement that I want to share with you, and no matter you do care or not ^_^ .
Also I've switched one of my weekly gym workouts from working with weights to the 50 minutes of orbitrack + bycicle + run on the inclined track. I see this helps much to burn my fat while I have a monstrous 2500–3500 kcal diet ^_^ . Tanita measure dynamics and the belt holes are prooving me I'm on the right way.
