Well, there is a time when thing go well, and there is a time when things are tougher. It is the same for all us. I'm there. Return from vacation hasn't been a walk in the park and I'm definitely eating some unhappiness (mars bars and nutella by the spoon) Bad me!

Also, I'm wondering if the few last weight in were correct as my scale died on me this morning (well just the battery, but still, it went haywire and gave me weird weight)

Well, it's never too late to do well, so I hang in there and I'll try and eat better next week.
