Passing up the cookies, ice cream, cake, pasta, and other things that were my "obstacles of the week" paid off! A decent loss for the week. Those momentary pleasures are fleeting. The pounds that are gone are a lasting reward. Reminds me of a little poem I heard years ago.."A moment on the lips, forever on the hips." So onward I go.....one day at a time.
