Feels great to be in the 180's. Have waited for this. I will be trying Talke-Off this Thursday and Friday. I want to see if I can really jump start things to get to my goal. I was really surprised that the counselor didn't push the juice a little more when I said I wasn't going to use it. I will be using cantoloupe instead. After Friday I may not want to see another one for awhile.
